Email Templates for Jobber

Overview

Email Templates for Jobber is a Chrome extension that lets you save and reuse email templates inside Jobber's email dialog. This policy explains what data the extension accesses and how it is handled.

Data We Collect

We collect no personal data. The extension does not transmit any information to any server or third party.

Data Stored Locally

The extension stores only the email templates you explicitly create:

• Template name (chosen by you)
• Email subject line (optional)
• Email body text

This data is stored exclusively in Chrome's built-in chrome.storage.sync API, which syncs across your Chrome profile. It is never sent to any external server.

Permissions Used

• storage — required to save your templates in Chrome's sync storage. No other data is read or written.
• Host access to secure.getjobber.com — required to inject the template picker into the Jobber email dialog. The extension only reads and writes to the email subject and message fields on this page.

Third-Party Services

This extension does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Data Retention

Your templates remain in Chrome's sync storage until you delete them through the extension popup or uninstall the extension. Uninstalling the extension removes all stored data.

Children's Privacy

This extension is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect any information from children.

Changes to This Policy

If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
